Way too healthy. If you want to take a big old wet crap, just eat a few White Castles, drink a couple beers and have a couple of cups of coffee all in the same meal. You'll be moving right along.

You could have a fecal impaction. Try miralax, you can get at the drug store. Also take mineral oil. You can try a clean out. The way you do that is as follows: take and get gatorade and put a cap full of miralax in the drink and drink the whole thing. While doing the clean out don't eat any food. Once you start to poop then you can stop the clean out.Do this every hour and take the mineral oil twice a day. Make sure you have no allergies to the miralax and mineral oil before you do this. If this does not work for you the you need to see a g.i. doctor for further help.

Have you tried lactulose, senna, stool softener? Is it causing you discomfort in your stomach or gut? Different people open their bowel (or poop) more than others and some less. If you have always been like that, i.e. you don't evacuate many times in a week then you shouldn't be too worried. If it is something new to you, then by lactulose or senna tablets from your pharmacist. If it is painful when you go too, those things may be able to help you. If it's really worrying you, then see a doctor - he will suggest you the stuff above and if it doesn't work, then you should be worried but your doctor will help you anyway.

You probably need an enema - a Fleet is OK but if you want to clean out your descending colon it's better to get the proper equipment and give yourself about a pint of half-water-half-liquid glycerin.
On the other hand, if it's only been a few days, try the soap suppository recommended above - cut to size of little finger (up to second knuckle), lube your butt before inserting, should make you do a dooey in 10-20 minutes.

It's not constipation unless you're straining. If you just have less bowel movements than you used to it's likely just a change in eating habits or exercise habits. You may be digesting more fully so there is less waste at the end of the day. Good luck!

You say that you weight train everyday. Are you using any energy drinks or pills? Are you using any painkillers like aspirin or something stronger?
Both speed and painkillers will bind up your system really fast, and prevent you from pooping.
When Elvis died, he had 17 pounds of impacted grey matter in his intestines, because he used pills to keep himself alert and painkillers to numb the pain.
If you are using any of these things, give them a rest for a few days, and your system should clear itself out.

Eat lots of fiber.
Drink prune juice, because it worked for our grandparents. It's all about being regular.
Try a stool softener like Milk of Magnesia.
Also, see a proctologist. That ****'s ****** up.

If you really need to take a **** the best thing is Castor Oil...You can find it in the laxative section of the Drug Store and even though it tastes horrible its the best thing....Hospitals and doctors give it to their patients when they need to take a ****.

WOW! Sounds like you may have a blockage. I know of a guy who died from that. Try good old Milk of Magnesia...that works for me. You should probably see a doctor about your problem.
