My eyes are very small, and I'm pretty sure there's no surgery to make appear bigger, but I have a question purely out of curiosity. If I pull the skin around my eyes away from my eyes, it makes them appear bigger, and looks pretty normal. Why don't doctors do a procedure to pull the skin around the eyes away, and then just fix the eyelids so that they are not flipped over?

the eye itself is the same size in every human head, it is the openings that make them appear small, a good plastic surgeon can indeed change that, and many have had it done.
