Okay, so I first off will say that my husband has only gone like twice since we've been together. But I have a history of being sexually abused and raped and suffer from low self-esteem as a result, although I am working on this. When my husband goes to these places, or talks about them, I feel horrible about myself. I feel the same way about porn, I won't watch it because I feel ashamed if I do. I should probably mention that I grew up in a very religious and conservative household and I am trying to overcome a lot of stuff from that. Most of the time my husband seems very sensitive to my issues, but at the same time he can get very frustrated with me. Last night he went to a strip club with some of his friends. I tried not to overreact, but it just triggered a lot of my issues. I don’t know what to do. My husband says that he doesn’t like going to them, yet he tells me that it’s just something guys do. How can I get over this? And how can I get my husband to see how much it really bothers me?

One of the doctors said I might have asthma and I was prescribed to use inhalers. I never used the inhalers. Next two months, I went back to see my doctor and the doctor said my heart pumps normally now. I think it is awkward for wrong diagnoses. Is there something wrong with me? answer

yeah i'm feeling low atm, was the same last night. wasn't feeling particularly suicidal but i wrote down as many different methods of suicide that i could. thinking about it made me feel better. but i'm feeling cr*p again and was wondering if people could just try to cheer me up a bit, or just say something random so that i feel that the world isn't empty, and that there are people there. just please talk to me. :(

I am, for the first time, involved with a man that is not circumsized. I have checked out pictures on the net because I can't imagine that he'd want my face right down in his crotch asking a bunch of questions....what have I found out you ask, well, I have never seen the head of his penis. Hi all. Okay so i am worried i may be pregnant. My period was due last tuesday and it never came. I have had no signs of my period comming either. I never miss a period. Latley ive been having cramping (which I never get b4 a period), some back aches, headaches, sometimes sick to my stomach, i havent been eating as much, and today am getting signs of the flu. ive taken some preg tests (from the dollar store lol) and came up neg. I did take one first response test but it was at night and came up neg. I never miss a period so i dont know whats wrong. I did have sex (unprotected but he pulled out and im not on the pill, i know its stupid) on like day 13 of my cycle. So is the flu a sign of pregnancy??? And do u think im pregnant??????? Thankyou!!


When i say flu: stuffy nose, sick to my stomach, sore throat. I just got the flu about 2 days ago.

Hello,
I want to lose about 10 pounds in two months and slim down. I suppose that excersicing in general will help me lose my tummy and thighs? I heard that running long distance would help slim my legs down. I do not want to gain bulky muscles.

If I were to do run long distance, about how(what running plan/how fast), how long and how many time per day should i run? I have an treadmill in my school and i'm planning to go there about 4 to 5 times a week. about half hour each time? I eat about 1500 calories a day.

Each workout, i usually go 10 min slow walking, 10 min quick walking and 10 min fast jogging.

P.S. I know when you cool down, some of your sweat gets evaporated but does some get reabsorbed?

I dont smoke. I dont know what it is. Some times its dry, sometimes I cough up stuff. Ive had it for over a week now and my throat is really starting to hurt. But nothing else is really bothering me. Some times i kindda wheeze too. Im not a big fan of medicine, but I tried cough syrup, cough drops, hot toddys and even onion tea and other teas. Now my voice is rough too. What could be causing this? How can I get rid of it? Someone said allergies, but I havent had this before and I tried benedryl but it didnt help. Ive also loaded up on vitamins too, guess I figure that might help.

This is so bad that, even in summer, he wears gloves in bed and has the heated blanket on to try to warm his feet. { Notice the try } He has Diabetes 2 but his fingers and toes feel warm to the touch so it is not a circulation problem. my co-worker just had a bad car accident yesterday morning. she called in this morning to let us know how she was feeling. she said that her doctor would like for her to get a mammogram because seatbelts may cause breast cancer. your opinion. I was on 6 vicodin a day. Their changing it to 2 m.s. contin a day tomarrow. Is that the same as oxycontin? Don't worry. I plan to go off once I have my surgery and am done with all this dental work and if I stop breaking my feet. In like 6 months, I'm going off anything addicting. I'm going on Suboxone to make it easier. I hate this. I'm only 29. I have a three yr.old. I don't want to be a pill popping mom. I'm just grateful she is so healthy. Is m.s.contin something scary? Don't people robb pharmacy's over this? What do I do if it doesn't work as good as my Vicodin? Why do they switch you, other than not having to take as many? I think it has Morhpine in it. I've never had morhpine. I don't want to feel high. I've seen people on it in the hospitol and they were incoherent. I'm sure my doctor knows what he's doing. I just never like change. So, what are the benifits to the switch other than being time releasing and lasting longer?
