Antonio, you lost me at "normal sized bowl." I've got two sets of china going, and the bowls hold 6 liquid ounces and 14, respectively. They're both normal sized. If I filled each level to the top with chicken salad, the caloric difference would be huge.
You can break it down by estimating how much chicken you've got. Roasted or baked, it's 45-50 calories per ounce. Any celery, pimentos, or onion is so low in calories that you can have 'em for free. The dressing is the next biggest calorie source. Ordinary mayonnaise has about 50 calories per tablespoon. Light and fat-free are less, but rarely used in commercial preparation.
Of course, if you make your own chicken salad, not only will you be able to use lower-calorie dressing and plenty of veggies, but it'll probably taste better, too.

Wow, that is such a general question with so many subjective factors, it's impossible to answer. For example, what's your definition of a Chicken Salad? For some people, it's like tuna salad (ie with mayo) only with chicken, which would make it quite high in fat and calories. For others, its salad greens with veggies and chicken breast and salad dressing. But, as other's have mentioned, the type of salad dressing is enormous is determing how many additional fat grams/calories there are. Further, what exatly is a "normal" sized bowl?? Bowls (even "salad bowls") come in all shapes and sizes.
If you are trying to track calories, etc., you need to know EXACT measurements of everything you're putting in. Generalities will not help in the least.

Calories in a Chicken salad salad is probably low, depending how you cook the chicken. Watch out for the dressing! That's the scale tipper.

Well there would be about 25g of protein, and about 12g of fat in that. The salad is negligable.
Aprox:
25 x 4 = 100cals
12 x 9 = 108cals
Total = 208cals

95% of the calories in a salad will be from the combination of any high fat dressings and any proteins. leafy vegetables have very little calories, not enough to even bother counting.
