If you want to add some bulk, check out bodybuilding. You're not going to look like one of the pro's without some major effort, but with a solid program, you could add some good muscle mass, and since you're already lean, you'll have great definition (ie a six pack!)

U are only fifteen. What makes u think about Ur thinness and to increase ur weight. Do u not feel healthy ? U said u play basket ball, I know how much energy is required to play it. Does your thin body hamper u from playing , do u get tired in a moment? Do u fall sick very often? If not why worry. Gaining weight is not always good for health cos obesity chances r there. If I were u I would have remained happy being thin. Stop thinking any further about it and give full attention to studies and carry on with ur normal programs. I think u will find peace of mind. Wishing u good luck.

First are you taking any meds that would effect your appetite. Then the next thing is any one else in your family the same way. I for one have always been slim and that is due to my genetic makeup. My father was slim and had a fast metabolism so all my life I've tried to gain weight. Now that I'm 46 this is great for me because every one wants to know how I can stay so slim and trim. I don't tell them that this is genetic, I just say lots of hard work. being slim really might not have anything to no with your health. If you are active and play sports then what is the problem. He don't have the perfect body like you see in the magazines, six pack abs and buns of steal. Remember that models don't reflect what the true population looks like.

You have to take a simple mantra
plan your work and work on your plan
frist thing is to check yourself to doctor and check your blood reports etc if doctor give you a clean chit i.e if you are medically fit then just inceraseyour metaboilsm by simply jogging 30 minutes in morning start walking and run in between your walk but do it continuesly 30 min then take healty diet rich of protein at evening go to a good gym having a good personal trainer take your excercise proggram and follow it i m sure u will get your results soon

It is very difficult to answer your question.. I need more details i.e. your height, current weight, your exact diet plan

Further, you might be having a high metaboism. I suggest the following additions in your diet

1) Four glasses of milk a day
2) Six eggs in a day
3) 150 gms of cheese a day
4) 100 gms of nuts (peanuts, almonds, cashew nuts etc) a day

Try for a fortnight and let me know the progress

Being thin is not a problem. But your muscles will get thicker with weight training. It is best to eat only if you're hungry.

You will also naturally increase in size during the next five years.

Well, you probably have a fast motabolism. Check to make sure your weight is normal for your age, and usually it’s normal for guys to be real skinny, they have faster motabolisms then girls.
Just eat breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner. Eat healthy and I’m sure you’ll be okay. :]

rich and costly food is not the license to robust health.

How much you are able to digest, is important than how much you eat.

How much you work for exercise. is important.
You must go for running and swimming.
No weight lifting or work outs It spoils and damages the muscles in long run.
