yeah i'm feeling low atm, was the same last night. wasn't feeling particularly suicidal but i wrote down as many different methods of suicide that i could. thinking about it made me feel better. but i'm feeling cr*p again and was wondering if people could just try to cheer me up a bit, or just say something random so that i feel that the world isn't empty, and that there are people there. just please talk to me. :(

Not going to give you a long drawn out answer, I know what you mean.

You need to watch this. Made me laugh a couple of nights ago when I was feeling cr*p. It's not rude or anything.

You should write another list of what is good in your life and what you like. If you can't think of anything write down what is bad and how could you change it.
You can look in your local phone book for the local suicide hotline and they have trained people who can talk to you.
If not try the humor section of this answer site and see if any of that helps or click on various question that sound crazy and read the answers. If you don't feel better than it is time to see a professional.

Focusing on death is not a very good way to bring your mood up though. It is better to just walk outside and feel the sunshine, go for a walk and notice things like flowers and bugs and the interesting bark on trees.

Get out and reach out to an elderly nieghbor or grandparent that might be lonely, take a class, get involved in a new group where noone knows you and pretend that things are fine(this helps me sometimes when I am down.)

Get thyself to therapy!!! You need to be on anti-depressants!!!
The world is full of good things, but you are having trouble seeing them.
Write down some things that truly make you happy, and concentrate on them for a while. If you have no friends, go out and make some. Start with therapy.

I know life can be stressful and irritating and unbearable BUT it will get better, it always does. i have struggled with depression for 5 years now,and believe me I have been at the very very low sometimes but i have also had amazing days since those lows happened. It may seem bleak and cold, but believe me there is always someone who is in the same boat as you and you all can work together to keep each other warm. I've been there lately too so I'm not gonna go on with the BS about there being other people worse off than yourself. Pain is relative and who am I to judge and quantify your suffering>

You probably already know that killing yourself is probably not the best way to solve this. Whatever is causing you to feel this way WILL PASS.

If you seriously are thinking of harming yourself please get yourself to an ER now...

Sorry you are feeling low...go to the Dr., church, family, friends they can help you, there is so much to live for and you will find it. Write your feelings down that always helped me.

Just to put a smile on ya face n cheer you up a bit ... real life senario .... piture this one ... young grandson just had a poo !!! hates to wipe his bum ... shouts for his Nana ( ME ) so nana wipes his bum ... then reminds him to wash his hands ..." Don't be silly Nana " says he .. its you whose wiped my bum ...not me .. :) Sorry for you feeling so down .. most of us hit that stage some times in our lifes .. You have so much to see, and feel ... so much to enjoy yet ... The tradgedy of life , is not that it ends to soon ...its that we wait to long to begin ... Go begin it my friend .. Smile to you :)

you know!!! my boyfriends feet stink pretty bad and that gets me feeling low, i throw up in my mouth a little bit when i smell it lingering in the carpet.
everything is going to be fine suck it up sally it only gets worse before it gets better and you need to help yourself before anything else look out for number one ok
