My favorite doctors for help with alternative medicine are Dr. Mehmet Oz and Dr. Cass Ingram. They offer superior advice without the BS that some doctors add into their information. I am sure that they can address your migraines in a very "positive way." Peace, Love and God Bless.

I would suggest massage.
I have been suffering from migraines for over ten years and have been on a prescription medication for the last six for them. When I entered massage school five months ago I decided to stop taking the pills and see how massage affected me.
Because massage succeeded in reducing my stress levels and working with my nervous system, I saw a reduction in migraines within the first month. Now, after five months, I no longer have to take my pills and experience few to zero migraines. Since school started, I have had three. I used to get three to four a week.
Look into getting a once a week massage for stress management and nervous system work. See if there is a Craniosacral LMP in your area, this modality works with the central nervous system, including the head.

Migraines are caused by the blood vessels in your brainstem allowing too much blood flow to the brain.

The way to stop migraines is to cause those blood vessels to constrict enough to reduce the blood flow.

One of the ways of doing that is EFT. It's relatively simple and you can find the details through a websearch.

Another uses the methods of Jose Silva. websearch.

Another method is to submerge your hands and wrists in warm water for a while, which works well for a lot of people.

If you have any third eye experience, you can focus on those blood vessels and tell them to contract, and they'll do it.

Hope this helps.
