Do u say i shud wear specs?n shud i wear it constantly,or jst while readin n all?

I would be extremely hesitant to prescribe a script like that to anyone. Actually....your prescription is probably much less than many of your friends who don't wear glasses

Short answer: Unless you want to get glasses for a fashion reason I wouldn't bother with a script like that. The difference it will make is next to nothing.

I have -0.25 in both eyes and I see just fine. It is not a big enough RX to even notice. I wouldn't get anything until it gets worse.

If you only need correction on one eye you could always get a monocle! (If they still make them).

Since the degree of nearsightedness is so slight (this is the lowest strength lens they make) you could probably get by without any correction if you aren't getting headaches or other signs of eyestrain etc.

I am opposed to spending money for nothing. so unless you find a need to spend your money, save it for something good!!
