i am finding myself crying at the slightest things, i am 27 and have a 4yr old. i get cranky very easy, and i feel like i dnt have control of my life anymore.

My doctor recently advised I have 'arthur' in my left knee. I fell and when xrayed, it was discovered at that time. Often the knee is painful and swells. I have had other problems with this leg including radiation down the leg of numbness, burning and a feeling of being "dead". It hurts to stand for long periods of time. Doctor also indicated something about a 'nerve' in the back which might be responsible. I have taken Ibuproven, Tylenol, etc and nothing helps the pain. It is painful to walk, impossible to walk up or down steps without the 'one-one; two-two step" process. My principal has offered me the schools elevator key, but I was thinking that would only make me more dependant. I want this to get better, and if I can do it with certain exercises and holistic medicines, I'd prefer. The only REAL relief I ever received was a shot of steroids in the knee. It was heaven - but I only know negative about them. Any ideas? Suggestions? I am going back to the ORTHO doctor asap.

I went tubing on saturday and I of course flipped the tube like 4 times. I didn't feel any pain then except once, when I got skipped like a rock on my stomach, and it knocked the air out of me. Now today, my back hurts, and I can't bend over without it hurting, and I can't turn my head to the right without it hurting. So, what do you think happened? And what should I do?

I have a swollen gland on the left side of my neck under my ear. I've had it for about 3 weeks now and I'm a real big worrier. I went to the doctor this past week and he said it was like a cold or sinus infection and prescribed me an anti-biotic. However I've taken all of my prescription and the gland is still swollen. It doesnt feel too big but it's pretty firm to hard. Also I have a runny nose, and a small sneeze and a rare cough every now and then. The only reason why I'm asking is because after the anti-biotic it hasn't gone down, but it isn't painful just kind of hard. Anyone have any ideas?

it's hard to explain but first i thought it was a bug bite but it got a little bigger. The pain is low down on my left hand side - it has been about a week. It pretty much hurts all the time. I've tried heat, ice, muscle relaxers, Aleve. Nothing seems to be helping. I did not pull it or do anything acute to cause it. Any ideas?

I'm thinking about getting breast implants because I am so self conscious about my chest. The right side of my body is way different than my left side due to getting chemotherapy and radiation. My breasts are different sizes and it is REALLY noticable. I have to put a lot of padding on the right side of my bra to even it out. Are there any cons to getting breast implants?? 2 days ago I fell in my friends garage onto cement.
I have a big bruise under my right knee about the size of my knee, a bit smaller. I have a second one under that thats smaller, and one on the side of my knee and one under the one on my shin. The two that bug me most are the big one and the one under that. They weren't very dark before but they are kind of turning purple, and have bumps. Will this just go away?

I will post the short version -
My bf's feet sweel on the top and mostly around the ankles. Both feet do this. They have checked him for gout and it is 100% NOT that. The swelling and pain can last any where between 1 day to 3 weeks. Usually they are months apart. He has gone to specialists but the only next step is exploratory surgery - something that may cause him permanent disability and pain rather than only 1-4 times a year. Has anyone had anything similar? Suggestions for pain relief?

Right now it feels better when I massage his calf muscles, but only while I massage them.

Hi,
I had sex after 3 months gap after my first time. I experienced lot of pain doing it after long time and also had numb feeling. What could be the reason for this? How can i feel more pleasure during intercourse than feeling pain? I also used KY jelly for lubrication, but it did not add to any sensation.
