I went tubing on saturday and I of course flipped the tube like 4 times. I didn't feel any pain then except once, when I got skipped like a rock on my stomach, and it knocked the air out of me. Now today, my back hurts, and I can't bend over without it hurting, and I can't turn my head to the right without it hurting. So, what do you think happened? And what should I do?

GET THYSELF EXPEDICIOUSLY to thy physician!!!!!!!! You should expect some soreness if you flipped - but when you hit 'rocks' - well you interjected something extra into the mix - something that probably is the reason for the extreme pain. You could have ruptured something. Only an x-ray can determine any immediate damage. PLEASE DRIVE QUICKLY, don't wait any longer.

You pulled lateral muscles in your neck and back. Ice and Ibuprofen. 24 hrs of ice than heat.12 minutes each hour. OTC Ibuprofen comes in 200mg you can take up to 600mg every 4-6 hrs. It will most likely take care of itself. If you start having numbness or tingling in your extremities, headaches, with nausea, vomiting or blurred vision see a doctor asap.
