Hi,
I had sex after 3 months gap after my first time. I experienced lot of pain doing it after long time and also had numb feeling. What could be the reason for this? How can i feel more pleasure during intercourse than feeling pain? I also used KY jelly for lubrication, but it did not add to any sensation.

You should see a doctor to make sure you don't have a yeast infection, trichimonas, etc.
The lack of pleasure is related to the pain - most of us do not connect the two. KY does not increase pleasure, it only provides relief from discomfort caused by dryness.
Also, sometimes we are too uptight or inhibited to enjoy selves fully.
1] make sure your partner is an interested in your pleasure as his
2] take your time: prolonged foreplay, the guy delaying
climax until you are satisfied.
3] most womenhave to 'learn' to have an orgasm during intercourse; it's not automatic, like it is for young guys.
4] be sure you are connected to your partner, not just in a sexual way - the more invloved you are outside the bedroom, the easier it will be to enjoy sex inside the bedroom.
Have fun practicing!

Sometimes, after having sex for a long period of time, you can get worn out, sore and numb. When that happens, I would suggest that you stop having sex for a while, throw in some fun foreplay (or mid-play, if you will) and then start having sex again.

What type of KY jelly did you use? Some of their products do enhance sensation, but others are just for the sake of lubrication.

OK. I have just been through something very similar.
There is a name for it but i cant remember what it is. A way to help fix it is-
when you are in the shower, inset a finger and press it against each side, if you feel any tenderness, stay at that spot, push your finger a little harder against it and then hold while you contract your "hole" do this a few times, then relax. do this each time you have a shower for a few weeks and see if this helps. Also use heapsa KY and make sure there is ample foreplay before insertion.

I was with my partner for 9 months before I did something about it and it took me 3 months to be fixed.

Be patient and if it doesn't get better, go to a dermatologist who specializes in gynecology stuff and they will be able to help you.

You just may be a bit "rusty" so it may take you longer to get naturally lubed. Try and slow it down and spend more time with foreplay. I don't know what to tell you about numbness. Don't give up!
