Along with the medications, try
1] warm bath
2] back rub
3] counterpressure - lie on your tummy, and have a lighter person sit on your butt - between waist and butt crack - my friend at college said this was the only thing that worked for her.
4] regular exercise - do aerobics three times a week [ yes, even during your period ]; and do 3 sets each of ten reps of situps, obliques, and crunches every day.
5] masturbation to climax often works, too

Tell your mom. It may be genetic and she might have experienced the same thing. She could know what to do. If you ask her and she has no idea what you are talking about, go see a doctor. A doctor could give you effective medication, or diagnose your problems as something more then just menstrual pains. Good luck and I hope you feel better ☺

I normally take a short nap (or a long one, depends on how tired I am) and usually the cramps will go after I wake up. Else it'll go overnight... if it hurts that bad you should go home and take a rest instead of trying to fight it til the end of the day. Unless you have a big exam or something today, you should just go home.

I am no girl, but I know of similar situations.

Go see a doctor or a emergency room. If it is that bad, they can put you on a birth control pill so that you will not have your problems.

Best bet would be to get off the computer and talk to your parents and go see a doctor.

At this point, I would see my dr. Your cycle sounds very abnormal and with the pain, it could be something more serious than just cramps. My step-daughter had the same thing going on, and it was endomitriosis, which can be cured!! So it will be ok!

Heat. Some sort of heated compress. Use that while you are waiting to see your DOCTOR! The heat will alleviate some of the pain and will make the wait bearable.

My doctor put me on anaprox for the pain (works wonders!) I use a heating pad on my back and sometimes another one on my stomach.
