Make at least three consultations with three reputable plastic surgeons in your area. Before you even do that, check out their credentials. Tell each physician what you desire and what would be a realistic outcome.
I love my implants. But there are risks. You need to educate yourself. But a good surgeon with an excellent track record can result in a wonderful outcome.
Prices vary widely according to your area. Do a search on a website called, "Yes They're Fake." It will answer a lot of questions including rates. Best to you.

The best possible advice is: DON'T DO IT! There are complications that no one tells you about. I had mastectomies with reconstruction - silicone gel implants. As of this date, due to complications, I've had surgery on my breasts 19, yes nineteen, times. I've been in severe pain for over 20 years, & it will never get better. Unless you like never ending severe pain, & a chest that looks like a training ground for surgeons, DO NOT DO IT!

I am assuming you did not have breast cancer.
Since thia assymetry was caused by disease, maybe your insurance will cover it!
Check it out - it's worth a shot.
PS: if you had any radiation in the chest area, it will affect healing - you may have to have a more involved surgery than just implants.

Breast implant surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Tour2india4health Consultants .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.
Tour2india4health Consultants is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.

i think it would help you raise your confidence and it sounds like a good idea for you. the cost truly depends on what doctor you go to, but make sure, you get a good doctor, so you get a good surgery and he does a good job. look into several and make a resonable decision for size. good luck.
