irregular periods, idigestion eating food sometimes as it feels like chest pain, pain in the abdomen, gas more freqently, tiredness sometimes, bloating? I will not say why I ask this as it is personal, but I will ask you if someone has the disease is this the sypmtoms, and what is the survival rate please? If anyone out there has it or know somebody who had or has it please tell me thier symptoms, I need to know for personal details which I will not give out on here Thanks

i have no idea what to get, or what hmo or ppo means. i'm 19, not married, no kids. i just want something cheap, but that will keep my covered in case i break a bone or something. and i HAVE to have dental insurance. i dont know what to do. whats the best company? what is an hmo? what is the best type of coverage for a 19 year old full time worker and part time student??

Yesterday morning I woke up and had a red mark on my neck, as the day progressed it got bigger and went up behind my ears and my face looks like I have sun burn and am very hot.

This freaked me out so I went to the docs this morn and after just looking at me he said I have something called "strep throat" and gave me some penicillin.
The thing is my throat doesn't hurt. Feels like I have a bit of a lump in it but that's it.

I did a bit of research on the net and nowhere seems to mention the redness...Does anyone know if this is actually a sympton of strep throat?

I feel totally drained and burning up!

I was on the pill for three years. I decided to get of it, because I want to have another baby. I had gotten my period from 8/6/07-8/10/07. I started taking a new pack, but only took it for five days and stopped. But then yesterday 08/20/07 I started my period again and with cramps. This has never happend to me before is this normal or should I go to the doctor.

I just went to a new dentist last wednesday for a cavity I already knew I had (was pregnant so i ignored it) and the pain got so bad I decided it was time to get it fixed.

They didnt do anything except take x-rays and do a periodontal disease check. I left with a pretty sore mouth (i'd never had a dentist use a periodontal tool before), I have a partially ruptured wisdom tooth that hurt pretty bad the next morning, while everything else was just sore. I figured it was just growing and ignored the pain for nearly 5 days.

Finally, when medication stopped touching the pain, and the back of my jaw was swollen and full of puss i went to the ER (I was out of town).

What iam wondering is, the hygenist kept commenting on all the plaque and i needed a cleaning and on and on, so if i needed a cleaning why wouldnt they do that BEFORE shoving all the plaque into my gums with a probe?

Anyway, have you ever gotten an infection? Either by periodontal tool or rough cleaning or such

I have not ever had a regular period. It always comes and goes whenever it wants, it usually between 35-40 day cycles rather than the usual 28 days. I have a very heavy period and it lasts for 7 days. My last period was during the week of July 4th. It has not come yet, but I have had some strange things (even for me) happen over the last few weeks. ( I should add that I have had three children via c-section and my youngest is 16 months and we stopped nursing about 4 months ago) Over the last few weeks I have had three episodes of brown tinged disharge and also at different times a very thick clear discharge(like during ovulation) and my period has yet to show. We use condoms properly (because three girls is all we need) and I just wonder if one can ovulate more than once per cycle. Has anyone had anything similar?
