I'm going in for breast reduction surgery this winter, and was hoping to lose 20 pounds to get in shape before hand, because I won't be able to do much of anything during recovery. I'm 20, 5'3, weigh 150 lbs and have a 40DDD bust. I have a medium waist (30 inches), actually, but a bit of a belly-pouch, and large thighs and arms. I want to try to lose as much in my breasts, arms, thighs and tummy as possible before the actual surgery.

I've been walking every other day for about 2 hours, and using a stationary bike on the days I don't walk for 30 minutes. My problem is diet--I'm extremely picky about my food.

I like slim-fast, but I've heard those are actually detrimental to most diets because of the amount of sugar in them. Is there an OTC weight-loss suppliment I can take that will actually work to help me speed up my metabolism, and quell my snack-cravings, or should I just try as hard as I can to lose the weight without assistance?

I started 5 mg today ( 3x a day) and have been exhausted all day. I was told that if I continued to fidgit constantly (as I normally do) in a few days I can increase it to 10 mg 3x a day. Is the dosage to low if this continues?

I am getting a pap smear, but realized I may get my period that day. I called the office and said they could still do it if it is not heavy, but I am worried it may be. I know I could reschedule, but would rather not since this appointment is important because my last pap was abnormal.
So, just wondering if it is even possibly to postpone.

whenever i have my period and sleep, blood gets everywhere. its soooo gross, like on my pajama bottoms and sometimes on my sheet that im sleeping on. i use big pads for overnight, but they dont stay in place and the blood just soaks through my clothes! should i try wearing a tampon and pad while i sleep?? does this only happen to me?

buy over the counter at my pharmacy, that will work and keep my skin looking young a fresh..there is so many. my question is
which products should i use and buy, like in what order? face wash, moisterizer, sun block etc....
can anybody recommend products that i could easily purchase from my pharmacy that would work to, and in what order to put them on? (the name of the products)~

prefablly 'not ' something i have to order online,~

My daughter has been diagnoised with shingles. It started as a rash on her back and now has moved to her chest. The blistering rash is approximatley 6x4 on her back! She is on megadoses of antivirals and now on Lortab for the pain. Even taking 10/500 Lortab she still has break through pain. Due to her age this is the max dosage for her. It knocks her out so bad! Now it is starting to itch. Any suggestions on dealing with the itch and the added pain. She is just miserable!!! It rips my heart out when she is screaming "Mommy make it stop!" Because it is inflamation of the nerves any touch, even the slightest on her hand hurts her. All I can do is attempt to comfort her verbally. I feel helpless We need help

Me and my boyfriend had sex, my first time, on my 18th birthday. At first I said i wanted to. Then as he was putting the condom on i suddenly changed my mind. I said "no i dont want to" a bunch of times and crossed my legs. Then he said "dont be so nervous. uncross your legs." I dont know why, but i uncrossed them and without a pause he started having sex with me.

I cried afterwards, and I'm still stressed out about it. He said i should just try to think positive about it, like how i admitted it did feel good. I know worse things could have happened, but I still feel hurt and betrayed. What's worse is that I dont want to break up with him, because i'm just obsessed with him. I feel like i should leave him but....it just seems unbearable to imagine my life without him. He's really strong, and i'm not.

should I leave him? was what he did as mean as i think it was? what can i do to get over my regrets?
I dont have anyone to talk to, any advice would help so much

Ok this will be short and sweet!
I'm 2 weeks late for my period - I usually get it beginning of each month, and now nothing so far.
I took a pregnancy test yesterday, however it came back positive.
My stomach is looking a bit bigger, as if I were pregnant, I would be a little over 2 months.
I dont have very many symptoms if I am though, just really bad constipation. Ill go a few days without going to the washroom, and then all the sudden Ill go!
Im thinking about heading to the docs tomorrow just to get a more thourough checkup.

She was diagnosed last December, and was only 54 years old. I was very close to her and was with her until the very end when she took her last breath. I feel like someone just ripped my heart out. I am in so much pain and this is all so new to me. I cry and can't stop thinking of her. Does it get better with time?
