Use steam! Put some boiling water in a bowl and lean over it with a towel over your head (just like when you've got a blocked nose) stay like that for 10-15 minutes and then use a facial wash and pat dry. Another home remedy is to mash up stawberries and use them like a face pack (messy, i know!) but it really does work because strawberries have salycilic acid in them which combats oily skin... don't use them on your skin too often. Another thing is remember is that whatever you eat or drink today will show up in your skin tomorrow, drink PLENTY of water!!!

Find a low-cost facial soap formulated specifically for oily skin. Fill a basin with warm water, and saturate your face with the water. Make a thick lather with soap of your choice, and apply the soap to your face using a gentle circular motion. Rinse away the lather with the warm soapy water, and preform a second rinse with clean warm water. Lastly, finish by rinsing the face with clean, cool water, and pat your face dry with an absorbent towel. Cleanse your face in this manner, morning and night. This should help keep oily skin clean and under control. The blackheads will disappear in time.

An oily skin , as the name implies, is one in which the sebaceous or oil-producing glands are over active. As surface grease tends to attract dirt, an oily skin acquires a dirty surface film , that needs to be removed daily. For more details log to http://useinfo-oilyskin.blogspot.com/

My husband likes to use witch hazel on his pimples it cleans deep down and dries the pimple out don't use this too much because your face will dry out. also he likes tea tree oil. I use a gentle cleanser like ST. Ives green tea cleanser and a scrub once a week, face masks are also good , they purge your pores out and helps to make the smaller.
