its all about calories in vs calories out.
count calories and incorporate some ff ice cream in your diet - as long as you dont consume more than spend during the day you are not gona gain any weight.

It's ok if you eat a little bit, not the entire carton...you got to treat yourself sometimes...when on a diet, you can't deprive yourself from everything...

Remember though, even though its fat free, it doesn't mean calorie free!
