I don't think it would be that painful, but do you think i'm going to need protection like a helmet or any other pieces of protection of the ladies in the class?

I would say yes! I would go to a class instructor and get a list of things he or she teaches so you know which parts to protect! And may I say I applaud your decisison to help women learn to protect themselves.My sister has been raped and I know that if she had gone to class she would be where she is now. Also I think more people should help teach defense classes to all sexes!

Also, when the women are beating, try uttering something pleasant to them as they kick the crap out of you such as
"At least take me out first." As it distracts you from the disgrace of getting beaten by a woman

I took that class. The guy left crying... just ummm protect yourself.. run lol. They have padding for you. Plus the guy got asked out like 5 times after the class.

I imagine they will provide you with padding. Maybe call and ask them if you should provide your own. You may want to wear a cup, just to be safe.

most likely you might. It might depend on how skilled they are. I suggest body guard and a helmet.

they should supply anything you need but i would definatly ware a cup
