I've been eating about 25g of carbs immediately after, but I'm not sure if that's a good system, because as I understand it carbs are used after a workout to fuel muscles. My objective is fat-loss.

i have endometriosis, and i was actually wondering if it is possible for me to not have a period, because i think it would lessen pain.

example: i'm on the nuvaring.

if i took my nuvaring out on the 30th, and put a new one in directly after, would that work to stop my period? is it safe?

I've been seeing this guy for a month or so, and we fool around. He gets erections regularly during foreplay, but loses his erection 10-20 seconds after penetration. However, when I give him head he is able to maintain the erection and ejaculate. He seems to always be making excuses when it comes to actual sex (it's cold, drank too much, etc.) but has no problem with any other kind of "action". This morning as he was leaving (with no sex last night cause he didn't want to) he gets on top of me and starts grinding, etc., getting off on it, and it was just weird. I'm 30 years old, not 13! I really do like the guy, should I just come straight out and ask him if he has erectile issues? But what if I'm wrong and he's just,.. different? Something is going on here and it's stressin me out, I really like him and if he's impotent we can get him help. I'm sure I'll get answers like, he's not into you, or you don't do it for him sexually, and I KNOW that is not the case. Anyway, please help!

your period stops/slows down when bathing/showering/swimming?

Bathing does NOT stop the flow of your period. That is a myth. I'm 39 years old, my period never lightened up or stopped b/c of swimming, bathing, or showering.

"Another glaring misconception is that women should not bathe during their entire period — an age old theory handed down to women by their mothers or other elderly women. Perhaps women believed that bathing disrupted the menstrual flow but this is entirely untrue. “Bathing does not affect the menstrual period at all and causes no harm. It should be encouraged,” said Dr Sadiqua Jaffery, Professor of Gynaecology at the Ziauddin Hospital. It is imperative that women use clean sanitary pads and keep themselves clean."

Starting about 6 months ago I get a watery discharge off and on during the month except during my period. Mostly at night, I will wake up and my panties will be wet, like water...no smell, no color. Also during the day I have to wear a panty liner, and I have never had to do this before. I am only 19. I do not have unprotected sex and it isnt colorful or smelly. Is it an infection or bacteria or is it normal? Please and thank you.

I know organic milk companies say that they don't add hormones to their milk but what about hormones from pregnant cows. If the milk is still from pregnant cows, won't I still be getting estrogen? Is there any other alternative.

My daughters optician says she needs glasses to correct this. I dont think she has had a problem with her eyes and i have read that alot of children when young have slightly long sightedness and it clears up without any glasses when the muscles grow.
I dont want her eyes to get dependant on glasses if there is a chance it will sort itself out. Anyone with any experience?
Help and please serious answers only.
