I have. I think I did it for about 3 wks, but it wasn't straight liquid. I would have light meals everynow and then, maybe every few days, or a light snack. Yogurt is good, soup, etc. What I made sure to do, and what is important, is to make sure you still get enough calories so that you don't send your body into starvation, which as you probably know will cause you to gain weight down the road. I drank those protein & vitamin fortified Carnation instant breakfast shakes, and made sure I got about 1200 to 1500 calories, which isn't much, but I was pretty sedentary too at the time. It was just enough that I lost probably about 4-5lbs. I was eating more than I needed to, so the weight fell off. Hope this helps. I was happy with the results.
PS - weight stayed off.

I've tried them all over the years. It's a simple starvation diet. You can't live like that for the rest of your life so no matter how long you hang on, you will fail. Your body will go straight into starvation mode to hold onto every fat cell. Every single calorie you eat will be stored as fat and your metabolism will slow to a crawl as the body fights to conserve the fat. It will cause your body to break down your muscle tissue to feed your heart, brain and major organs. Making your efforts useless. In addition you'll binge to make up for the starvation to your body and gain any little bit you lost plus more fat. Then you can start the whole process again, gaining more weight with each try also known as yo-yo dieting.
