My cousin has ton's of acne. she's frusterated and if no one on this site answers this question she'll go crazy and run around naked. SIKE!!!! she mostly has blemishes and realy huge pimmples.and once she got a boil. she want's to be acne free before the first day of school.
ps. she's sitting right next to me and about to yank all of my hair out.

I am the same as you and I am so depressed for the past 5 years!!! it destroy my confident and self esteem and don't dare to go out with my friends. I tired many skin care solutions and products but none of them are effective :<<
Till last month, I found this site and they recommend a book which I have get rid my acne within 3 days with the instruction given!! I don't believe it as the first place and tot it is a SCAM!! But come to think about it, what else can be worst!!
So I give it a try and the miracle happen!! with the nature method provided in the book, I get rid of my acne which "accompany" me for 5 years!!

Go to the store and buy some of those Clearasil pads for removing dirt and use them twice a day. Also, having the monthly cycle can cause an outbreak. Many young girls are on birth control to help with the acne. It is somewhat difficult to get parents to believe that. Make an appointment with her doctor and mention this to him/her. Good luck.

try using a cleaning astrigent.
or going to the spa to get a facial treatment also works really well. It's around 25 bucks to get treated for acne and it really works. you can try that. they clean out your face of all the impurities. its great.
