Someone with ovarian cancer may indeed have the symptoms you describe. HOWEVER, they might also have something else going on entirely. Only a doctor can diagnose for sure.

Has anyone check you to see if you have kidney stones or a kidney infection? I would not expect to see blood in your urine if you have ovarian cancer. I would suspect a kidney problem or some sort of lower GI problem before ovarian cancer. Check with a doctor though, no one should have to suffer with pains and the conditions you speak of.

If you even think you have cancer of the ovaries get it checked right away. Bloating and heartburn are often a big sign, but please don't wait, just get checked and ask for the the C125 blood test as well as an ultrasound of your ovaries. Good luck.

I think this is a question that needs to be asked a doctor ASAP. All I know is that women's bodies do strange things and hormones can cause you to not feel well at times, but if you think it's serious definitely get to a doctor.
