I want to start taking better care of myself physically. I am not overweight, just want to tighten up and keep in good shape. I was wondering if there is an ideal time for exercise.

Personally, I think that mornings are best. Why? Because if you get up in the morning and work out, you have the rest of the day to do whatever. If you try and wait until you feel like it, chances are you won't stick to it. It is to easy to say, I'll do it tomorrow. Set your alarm to get up and get moving! It helps to motivate you.

Most definitely! Mornings are the best - you get the benefit of exercise all day long that way. It also helps put you in a better mood, and you're much more energized for your day at work. You wouldn't believe how much better you'll feel just from a half hour of exercise every morning.

This is my opinion- But I believe mornings are best. It hasn't gotten too hot, and you get a bit of energy to take you through the day.

No - whatever works best for you. As long as you are doing something at some point during the day, you should see results.

Mornings, it starts off your metabolism, keeps it ticking over (and you will continue burning calories even after).
