Your answer is in the question. Fantasies are just that, fantasies. You can fantasize about whatever you want, be it your significant other, a cute guy, or for some women, another woman you have a crush on.
Sometimes women don't think about anything but what is going on with their bodies while they masturbate.

It is a fantasy. It is a way of having sex with the unattainable guy, whether it was just some random guy walking down the street or a famous rockstar. You don't have to fantasize about your boyfriend, if you don't want to -- you already HAVE him.

it is only a fantasy. it is a way to just have your time and think of other guys girls.....or your partner. thinking of another makes masturbation fun and exciting!!! Everyone should try it! OMG it is FUN!!!
