Who can tell me what chance do I have to cure myself of heavy depressions and anxieties by means of homeopathy? And how much time could it take?

Homeopathy is as fake as it comes. There is no chance that you can cure a real problem with a homeopathic medicine unless placebos work for you.

How are homeopathic "medicines" prepared?

Homeopathic products are made from minerals, botanical substances, and several other sources. Depending on the substance it is dissolved in water, alcohol (or both), or a milk sugar solution. This solution is then diluted with more liquid (not containing the substance) until the desired concentration is reached. Dilutions of 1 to 10 are designated by the Roman numeral X (1X = diluted 10 times, 2x = 100 times dilution, 3X = 1/1,000, 6X = 1/1,000,000). Similarly, dilutions of 1 to 100 are designated by the Roman numeral C (1C = 1/100, 3C = 1/1,000,000, and so on). Most remedies today range from 6X to 30X, but products of 30C or more are marketed.

A 30X dilution means that the original substance has been diluted 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 times (wow!). Assuming that a cubic centimeter of water (about 1/5th teaspoon) contains 15 drops, this number is greater than the number of drops of water that would fill a container more than 50 times the size of the Earth.

Actually, the laws of chemistry state that there is a limit to the dilution that can be made without losing the original substance altogether. Modern supporters claim that even when the last molecule is gone, a "memory" of the substance is retained. This notion is unsubstantiated. Moreover, if it were true, every substance encountered by a molecule of water might imprint an "essence" that could exert powerful (and unpredictable) medicinal effects when ingested by a person.

Homeopathy is really very effective for mental health such as depression etc. And gives the result fast but time period is depends on your depression level so we can not define the time period but we definitely say that homeopathy treatment is too good as much as other treatment so i completely believe in homeopathy treatment.
If you want to purchase the homeopathy medicine online then go through on

There are also some supplements that can help with stress and relaxation, which helps a lot of people with their depression. There is St. John's Wart, SAMe, some B-Vitamins, GABA, Ashwagandha, and L-Theanine.

The most popular things for general relaxation are Valerian, Chamomile, and Hops.... but some people actually wake up when they take these and are just very relaxed.

If you're looking more for sleep, there's Melatonin, L-Tryptophan, 5-HTP, Scullcap (an herb... it just sounds bad), L-Taurine, and Passionflower are all very popular to help people sleep naturally.

In addition to the remedies suggested by all who posted before me, it's also ESSENTIAL that you remove alcohol and white sugar from your diet. These two can wreak HAVOC w/ mental health. You don't state whether you are currently on any allopathic meds or not, but pls. do not that the use of allopathic drugs w/ homeopathy can render the homeopathic remedies useless. Coffee, menthol, camphor, eucalyptus, and black pepper can also antidote the remedies. If you have a parent or parents or other direct relative w/ Bi-polar Disorder (BPD), whatever the kind, you are at a 1 in 4 risk genetically of uni-polar depression and its tendencies for your entire life. This is to say, if you have blood relatives with mental disorders, this put you at an extremely high risk of manifesting mental disorders yourself. It's not that nothing can be done about it, but it indicates a strong genetic preposition rather than an imbalance that unique to just yourself. It can and could take up to 6 months to a year to see significant change in your mental well-being. I would also work w/ a trained homeopath, and not attempt to do this on my own b/c you will need objective insight into your condition, and constitutional strength remedies which are not usually available OTC. You also need to screen out all other conditions that this could be besides unipolar depression, such as a thyroid disorder (usually hypothyroid, and this can be subclinical, so don't necessarily believe what your standard GP has to say unless they're testing your T3 levels, and thyroxine I think it is, too.), PCOS, other endocrine disorders and auto-immune disorders such as diabetes, CFIDS, and lupus. Were it me (and actually, it is...), I would go to a Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner first and foremost. If you live anywhere near Allston, MA, go to Harvard Avenue in Allston/Brighton, and go see Dan Dan or her brother. (Preferably Dan Dan, I like her much better.) She is quite simply one of the best there is ANYWHERE. If finances are an issue, any Acupuncture School or School of TCM will have a student-run, teacher supervised clinic at very low cost. Go there. You also MUST clean up your diet. I would be EXTREMELY careful of any hormonally interfacing food, such as all dairy, eggs, and all meats. I would put myself on an elimination diet and a rotation diet subsequent to that to see what, if anything I am sensitive to, and what I seem to be having an allergic response to, keeping in mind that foods such as wheat and dairy, which are often eaten at every meal, are also the biggest offenders as far as allergies are concerned. We crave what we are most allergic to. Also research candida, b/c candida causes and worsens depression.

Many blessings upon you, as you start all your changes in search of health. You will not recognise yourself when you are done! And it is a wonderful path to walk. I would also say to you that ultimately, it almost doesn't matter where you begin and what path to healing you choose w/ depression, as movement and change are the key to breaking up and resolving this disease. Any path will probably get you to a better place. I would also suggest the services of an orthomolecular MD, and/or a really good nutritionist. Let me know what state and city you're in, and I can probably help you.

It will take a bit of time but you can do it if you stick with it. I recommend a yoga practice to start off with and I'll even give you a website where you can learn a highly effective form of yoga for free.

THERE IS NO SIMPLE CURE. MUCH DEPENDS ON SEVERITY OF SYMPTOMS, AGE, OVERALL HEALTH, ETC... A COMBINATION OF PSYCHOTHERAPY (I PREFER GROUPS) AND MEDICATION WORKS BEST. BUT YOU WILL GET IMMEDIATE RESULTS FROM GOOD DIET, PLENTY OF PHYSICAL EXERCISE, PROPER SLEEP, AND SOCIAL INTERACTION, TOO. CREATIVE PURSUITS AND MUSIC WILL ALSO HELP. IF YOUR SYMPTOMS PERSIST PLEASE SEE A THERAPIST.
