has anyone ever used the birthcontrol pill called....?

Loestrin? do you gain weight, like all the other bc's out there? does it make you feel sick? doe it really make your period last for 3 days? I am getting ready to start it, and i want some insights first. thanks in advance.

I did under an old name for one of its formulations called Loestrin Fe 1/20. I had a problem with painful and itchy breasts while on it. As far as weight issue I didn't notice that my weight changed in the time I was on it. One other problem I did have was that of breakthrough bleeding which meant that my body never was able to adjust to the medication.

However, I have talked to some other women who have tried Loestrin and have had wonderful success with it.
