If anyone saw the people cover about the break in murder in Chesire Connecticut and read the story then you'll know. Well I live in Connecticut and that article really scared me and now I'm afraid its gonna happen and I just need to know how to stop thinking about it, especially because I sometimes get panic attacks when I think about death too much.

1. I usually don't eat healthy but all of a sudden I'm eating more veggies and fruits. Junk food & soda makes me tired.
2. For a few days, my boobs feel like I've been swimming or working out but I haven't been doing either.
3. I don't remember ever getting dizzy in my life before until recently last week I was dizzy/light-headed for about 3 days.
4. Little noises keep me awake at night especially the sound of raindrops hitting the metal part of the air conditioner sticking out of a window.
5. I have unusually short periods and suddenly spotting between periods.
6. I think I can smell a little bit more than usual but it could just be something else.

I have had pregnancy tests, a cat scan everything negative, yet I have this lower abdominal discomfort like pressure and lower back pain the er doctor came up with nothing...has anyone felt such discomfort and what was it attributed to?

well i just overheard my aunt talking to my mom about how she's so worried about my cousin because he told her that he's really worried too because,this may be a little grose, but he told her that he's worried cuz his left testicle is higher than his right one so his right one kinda hangs lower than his left one so the point is is that i'm really worried also cuz he's like my best friend and i was wondering if he'll be ok? is that a sign of something that's wrong? or is that a symptom of that one cancer testicular cancer or whatever that cancer was called that lance armstrong had? does he need to see a doctor? please fill me in! is that normal?

All my energy drains when i go into a certain building.
I'm pretty certain it is the lights they have in there.

The florescent ones with the reflective things behind them.

Anyone any ideas what i can do to counter-act this as it is going to drive me mad and make me miss the course i'm doing.

I have an astigmatism to my right eye. My left eye is completley blind d/t a inoperable cataract.

I wear glasses with balanced lenses just to even out that thickness of the lenses. When I wear my glasses it looks as if I am not looking at you with my left eye (as if I had a lazy eye) but my vision is fine on the right. Occassionally, I will wear a contact lense in my right eye (like for a formal event).

I recently had my eyes checked and my prescription was adjusted. I notice that when I wear my contact lense that my left eye looks a bit crossed then eventually does go crossed eyed when I'm wearing it for a while. Even though I don't wear my contact very often, when I do wear it I get somewhat of a headache after wearing it all day.

Is my eyes trying to get used tot he contact lense every time I wear it since I don't wear it often? Or should I get rechecked for the lense prescription/shape of the lense?

it would interest me to know why people would be against organ donation in the event of their death.... i am a registered donor and ive registered my 2 year old son... obviously i dont want or expect either of us to die but in the tragic event of it happening id want to be able to give the gift of life to someone in need... ive asked a prev question in a slightly different format re the subject a few days ago and il explain my reasons again in the hope of making any doubters reconsider.... my 20 year old sister has the life limiting illness cystic fibrosis... it is a genetic disease and shes suffered since birth and needs daily routines of physiotherapy, loadsa medication and frequent hospital visits/stays.... she now relys heavily on oxygen and a wheelchair to get around and has never experienced the normal life that most 20 year olds lead.... she is now awaiting a double lung transplant and has been given just 18 months to live without it.i hope this makes you think about reconsider

I been studing for the series 7 stock brokers exam. I been at it full time for about 4 week. you need a 70% to pass . the test is hard and long. 6 hours an I am a slow learner. Heyy!
How can I tone up my stomach and legs. Especially my stomach. I can't really go to the gym and I don't have any exercising machines at home so what exercises can I do to tone up? I was going to eat like this:
8:00- breakfast, 2 slices of brownbread and water
11:00- snack, some fruits
1:00- lunch, soup and bread and water
4:00- snack, more fruit
6:00- dinner, meat, veggies, a potatoe and water
also i'll be drinkin lots and lots of water throughout the day.
