I have had pregnancy tests, a cat scan everything negative, yet I have this lower abdominal discomfort like pressure and lower back pain the er doctor came up with nothing...has anyone felt such discomfort and what was it attributed to?

im worried you guys I am 22 years old tried to procreate and now....this okay...how can I resolve this ???? Will i forever be infertile? Would invitro fertilization be of substance?

I currently have the same symptoms you mentioned and with that really bad pelvic pain which gets worse around the time of my period. I don't want to scare you but it could be something like endometriosis. Endometriosis doesn't show up on ultrasound or CT scan, I have had numerous scans and tests run for it too but everytime they say everything looks normal, yet I still don't feel normal.
I'm currently waiting to have a laparoscopic surgery done to diagnose whether or not I do infact have endometriosis.
I would hightly recommend you go see a gyneacologist who specialises in female reproductive organ issues as they would know best.

Yes, I've had this and one of my health problems is endometriosis.
I would recommend seeing a gynecologist if you haven't already. And as the last poster said some medical problems such as endometriosis doesn't show up on ultrasounds or CT Scans.
I've been dealing with endometriosis for 10 years.

Have you been tested for a UTI?
