1:00- lunch, soup and bread and water
4:00- snack, more fruit
6:00- dinner, meat, veggies, a potatoe and water
also i'll be drinkin lots and lots of water throughout the day.

I'd consider keeping it at one serving of bread a day. Either, one slice for breakfast, or lunch. Not both.
The brown bread is a good idea. Much better then white. ;-)
Also, you could try combining your 4:00 snack and dinner. Maybe a 5:00 dinner? Instead of two meals.
The water is a very good idea. I try to drink between 7 - 10 a day. Sometimes it may get hard drinking all of it but it's worth it.
Also, if you have no gym or machines at home then try doing atleast 10 pushups and 10 situps every morning. That's not too tiring and it helps the stomach area a lot.
For the legs, you could do some running around the block. Or, if you're not a runner- like me- then jogging, or speedwalking is just as good. :-)
Good luck.

Your eating sounds great. That sounds likt what I do. Okay my cheerleading coach is an ex-marine and I'm a captain so he taught me what excersices are good for what muscle groups.

- For your legs run mile or 1/2 mile everyday. It works! Also, try steps. Go up and down and up and down and up and down it really works.

- For stomachs work you abs. This is what my whole squad does okay this is hard but every morning when you wake up 50 crunches. Then, push ups about 10 in the morning. And 35 after school.

Good Luck

Your weight is perfect for your height according to the BMI calculator i googeled up. I wouldn't try to starve off pounds as it will just do you harm. Continue to eat healthily and get on a regular exercise regimen. You don't have to have a gym or machines. Walking and/or running, situps, pushups, squat thrust are all good to tone up your body an get you into shape. Thirty minutes to an hour a day is plenty. Good luck.

You do not need to lose weight. Tone up if you wish, but do not lose weight. 129 pounds is actually underweight for someone 5'7": http://www.healthcentral.com/diet-exercise/ideal-body-weight-3146-143.html

BTW, increasing your muscle mass may make you weigh more (muscle weighs more than fat), but you will lose inches. A lot of people gain weight when they put on muscle, but still end up in smaller clothing sizes because of inches lost.

I think one of the best way's to get toned is by running, and then after your run and then do various excercises that dont require wieghts. ( there are a lot of them)
