You could be pregnant? Are you married?
You can still have a period during the first months of pregnancy and spotting. It's not unheard of. Pregnancy can make you more sensitive to smells. (I couldn't go into a grocery store without smelling the sprays they put on the food, which smelled a little like celery. I had to hold my nose.) Sounds can bother you too.
Cravings are not uncommon for pregnancy, (eat healthy and exercise) and breasts are changing their feeling. You can also get dizzy some too. It's all covered under pregnancy. Watch for nausea and having to go pee a lot.

Pregnancy makes you go through hormonal changes, and it throws your body out of whack if you don't take care. Yeast infections, etc.

You need a good multi-vitamin and mineral, and esp. Niacin now. Not the cheap stuff they give you at the doctors offices. The expensive kind at the health food store. This will help clear these things up even if you aren't pregnant.

The fullness in your breasts, the increased smell, and the dizzy are often signs of pregnancy. The noises and eating healthy - I don't know. The period thing tells me you should see your doctor and get checked. Don't fool around with so many new symptoms - something is up. Any time you have new or different p roblems you should see a doctor. Good Luck.

These could also be signs of a hormone imbalance but the only way to know for sure is to have this evaluated by your doctor to see what they think is going on.

sounds like you are pregnant. take a test. but know that the pee tests at home are not 100% correct. if you are really worried. then you should go see the obgyn and get a blood test.
