i am an absolute addict , it could be anything i just cant draw the line , to stop , i keep going , will i die an addict , consumed by my boring self or will i live the life ive always dreamed of , to be .... i dont even know i just know that im always high and i dont sleep like i used to , now i sit up and think for a while brush it off somehow make a promise to quit , i wake up the next day and do it all over again , is there an alternative , are u living a better life than me or is this ok?

I have a kidney infection for 4 days and sever nausea for the past two. I have not vomited. i feel a huge lump in my throat that goes along with motion sickness feeling. It's very uncomfortable. Please help.

I do take my meds but pms ALWAYS seems worse for me. I am living in hell for the past 9 days because of my pms. Any ideas on what to do about this?

I've have decently white teeth before I had braces. I kept my same brushing habits. As I am now nearing the removal my braces in a coouple of days my teeth have grown yellow over 2 years. Will they be able to be white again. If not I'm going to kick my orthodontist in the balls. And how long will it take them to be white.

Oh and I'm not sure if braces are just pieces of metal tightened on your teeth. Is there a difference between these and spacers and retainers? How long do you usually leave it on? Any help, tips, suggestions from experience is greatly appreciated.

I really struggle with binge eating even though I know a lot about health and eat well. Generally when night time hits for one reason or another I stuff my face. I don't know how to stop, it makes me feel horrible about myself. In the past year I have gained twenty pounds and gone from 135 to 155. This needs to stop!

about a month & a half ago i cut myself shaving, i was trimming them with the scissors at first, and cut it with the scissors by trimming too close, well now that cut turned into a small dark dot, like a scab. and now theres bumps, i've never seen before. one on my inner thigh, one on my tummy. and more on my vaginal region, theres a small cluster of them under my pubic hair. and some more towards the top. i tried picking the bumps but them they bleed. they are small and raised. kind of my flesh color but more red and have an indented center. they dont hurt at all, and arent itchy. they are just there. im very confused as to what it could possibly be. help please <3

I've been reading about this sort of thing for a while, and I really don't understand why you can't wear a pantyliner rather than a pad while swimming. They're smaller and shouldn't disintegrate if they get wet; some of them are more plasticy than papery.
Sorry if this sounds really dumb... I don't get some of the more obvious things sometimes.

well i remeber getting hit in the nose years ago but i dint really pay any attention, i started noticing a bump on my noselike a year ago , like the bone sticking out of my nose right in the middle of my eyes...and well one of my nostrils tends to get clogged alot..
and a few people have asked me if i broke my nose while others tel me that its natural its just not perfect..and well my nose looks perfect in old photos and my dad tells me the thit will eventually fix itself..because the nose never stops changing/growing

My aunt is currently undergoing chemo and her hair is growing back in fast but the doctors have told her that she is not allowed to use hair removing cream or to shave her legs. I really didn't want to work today....but I couldn't call in sick...out of sick days....I tried to change shifts; but no one could, except for a girl who has a crush on me...but she was on vacation, but she told me would drive 3 hours so I could have the night off....um...thanks, but I am not that much of a jerk....well maybe I am...but not tonight.

Anyways, with about 5 hours of sleep int eh last 48 hours, here I am at work...coffee cups, and energy drinks empty on my desk....can't stay awake though....I keep wanting to fall asleep..and for an hour I did....

How do you stay awake?

I recently found out I have Hashimotos and have been taking Levothyroxin for about 3 weeks. The doctor prescribed me Synthroid but when the pharmacist asked if I would like generic and said it was the same thing.... I said sure and got the generic. Now I am wondering if there is a difference. I will pay the extra for the better meds but I don't want to be pulled in by a brand name if it is the same thing. In your experience... does it matter if it is the generic or name brand?

Due to a variety of circumstances, I'm trying to quit smoking (So far its been a bit more than a day) but the thing is I only smoked for about three weeks, even less, maybe averaging 2-3 cigarettes a day. I had my period for the month of August around the 1st but now I am spotting and have never done this before I am sexual active could I be pregnant or is this something that is normal?
