I do take my meds but pms ALWAYS seems worse for me. I am living in hell for the past 9 days because of my pms. Any ideas on what to do about this?

Just to add *** I won't take the pill because it made me VERY sick!

I too have suffered with terrible pms and have tried everything. The things I've found that work are
* vitamin B supplements
*Agnus castus fruits (herbal supplement)
*Evening primrose oil
*Some pills I was prescribed at a chinese doctor's (I've tried alot!)

My pms is much better now, so I don't have to do all of these things!

Exercise is also good.

Have you mentioned your pms problems to the doctor - perhaps they can suggest something which will help and be okay to take with your other meds.

Talk to the doctor who prescribes your medication for bipolar disorder. Perhaps he/she could either prescribe something to help with PMS, or change your medication to something that's more tolerable for you.
