The only way to make your boobs bigger is to get breast augmentation surgery or to gain weight. As for now, the only thing you can do is enhance them with padded push-up bras and wear tops that will flatter your shape. If you're going to the beach wear a bikini with horizontal stripes to make your breasts appear bigger and more shapely. Good luck!

Give it a couple years and see what happens. If you REALLY want bigger boobs, get a boob job. People alway say "Be happy for what you have!" Well, sometimes things like this bother people. Do you have any siblings? Do they have big boobs? What about your Mom? If they dont, it may be a genetic thing. If you find a lover, and he wants you to have big boobs, maybe you should think about it. But if you do get a boob job, make sure its somebody who knows what they are doing.

Gain weight (and it won't just be on your chest), get pregnant, or have surgery. There are no other ways. There are no magic foods or pills.
Other than that, just be happy the way you are. and you can always wear a padded or push-up bra.
Plus, breasts grow until a woman is in her mid-20s. So you still have some time.

Maybe hereditary. Check on Female relatives on both sides.
Also , you can do some exercises, rotate arms. Clock- and anti clock- wise. They strengthen the muscles.
Take a healthy diet with enough Calcium and protein.

OMG! Are you serious? Be happy with your body girl. If you're worried about getting guys, they don't care as long as you have a you know what down there.
I guess what i can recommend is a padded bra. but then when a guy feels you up he'll be disappointed!

Hey don't worry about it...!! It's a false assumption of all women that bigger breasts are better...!! This is so not the case, in fact if you genuinely ask blokes most of them prefer small to medium...!! (Just don't ask them infront of a load of blokes or they will just be stupid and go on about big jugs etc... it's one of those weird bizarre things that blokes do to make themselves sound manly... don't ask me why...??)
