ok so i get this bladder infection every time i start my period =[ but i don't understand, becuase i am very very clean and i don't understand why this is happening. help?

Once you get infection it is very difficult to rid it.
Maybe still there but shows up that time.
Washing well after every time u go, helps.
Check with a doc.

Are you sure it's a bladder infection and not a form of vaginitis? Many women experience itching and burning and some discharge prior to their period. This is due to a change in hormones levels. Eating yogurt and drinking buttermilk will help you. You may also want to try a cream for vaginal yeast infections that you can buy over the counter. Use only as directed.

Cleanliness is one thing and you have the point for that. But you never know what is happening inside your body. I suggest that you see a gynecologist so that the problem is detected. Hence seek for medication now that you are still young.

It could have something to do with the rise in hormones but I would recommend checking with your doctor as well because it could be something else going on like a condition called Interstitial Cystitis.

everytime you have sex go pee right after and when you wipe go from front to back, it should help some
