Stretch marks. They are caused by being pregnant or overweight. You can find special creams that can help you reduce them and such.

Nobody here has the right to say how fat you are by the way.

You look like you could be stretching out your belly. (It is like a balloon u blow it up and it really doesn't go back to it's original size, but pregnancy u can work on it. Start putting Palmer's coco butter you should have done this from the get go, it could be too late for the stretch marks.
Could you be pregnant?
If u r you look like ur fair skin tone and these are called stretch marks in ur case they are reddish.
If you were dark complected they would be dark lines and later turning kind of faded white or silverish.
For u too.
Good Luck!!!

Stretch marks - they are caused by the body gaining in size (height, fat, any direction will cause them)faster than the skin can keep up ... I may be skinny, but I still got them on my breasts and hips when i went through puberty ...

some say cocoa butter helps ... i have noticed good results with vitamin E applied directly to the skin from the liquid gel, Vit E rich creams, and Mederma scar cream ...

Remember stretch marks are very common, you are not the only person to have these.
Cheap over the counter lotions (even Vaseline) usually work as well as expensive ointments to ease tight, dry, itchy skin.
You can try using a little bit of face powder or foundation to hide your stretch marks. Sunless tanning products also help to camouflage stretch marks.

Microdermabrasion
Pulsed-dye laser therapy
Radiofrequency dermal remodeling
You'll need to talk to a doctor, dermatologist, or plastic surgeon if you want to seriously reduce the lines.

Those are stretch marks. They are permanent and will never go away. There is no treatment for them. They're one of the few things dermatologists can't figure out how to get rid of (unless you have the skin removed, like as in having a tummy tuck). The color of them leads me to believe they are new...have you gained a lot of weight recently? You appear to be significantly overweight or pregnant and somewhat overweight. Hope this helps.

They are stretch marks. They come along because you lack elasticity in your skin, and pregnancy or weight gain cause them due to the rapid weight gain. If you go to the Dollar Store and buy a cheap pack of cocoa butter soap or cocoa butter lotion (Wal-Mart, etc. sells it too - just more expensive) and use it......it will not make them go away, usually they never do. But it will make them lighten up in color. Mine are barely visible now after my pregnancy. Good luck!

They are stretch marks. I don't know that you can get rid of them even if you lose weight. Some products make them less noticeable. You need to lose quite a few pounds.
