That can be normal, not everyone is the same.

So...basically, one of every man's testicles should hang a slight bit higher due to differences in internal anatomy. Occasionally, however, one of the vas deferens tubes will be wrapped behind some of the kindey and bladder tubes, causing one of them to hang a little higher than the other. This however, is not referred to as an undescended testicle, becuase it is actually viewed externally (not in the abdominal cavity). This is perfectly healthy unless there is some noticeable internal stinging or aching pain during ejaculation.

all that worry going to waste. and all the females spending so much time discussing a guy's private bits.

truth of th ematter is one of a guy's testicles will naturally hang a bit lower than the other and one is also bigger. Jus tlike one arm or leg is longer than the other and one hand/foot is bigger than the other.

On some guys the difference is hardly noticable while on others it is more pronounced. So, all that talk and worry is a total waste unless one is actually dragging on the ground.

And whiel you are at it, check your testicles and then you and your cousin can compare notes on who hangs the lowest - hehe.

Very normal, so don't worry. 1 in 50 boys enter puberty with one or both of their testes still in the abdominal cavity. One in 500 adult men have an undescended testicle. In contrast, almost all men have one testicle that "rides" higher than the other.

This is not an undescedning testicle. Its supposed to be that way. Think about it, if your balls were right next to each other, and you squished your legs together, what whould happen? Yah, ouch! So its supposed to be that one hangs lower than the other so that when you walk, they dont bang into each other. Thank GOD for evolution. Tell you aunt that if this WASNT happening, thered be a problem!

It's normal. Don't worry. His mother (your aunt) is worried because she is...well, his mother. He's worried because he's afraid he is the only one in the world that looks like that. He isn't. He is normal. He doesn't need to see a doctor, although seeing one probably isn't a bad idea since the doctor can tell him he is normal and nothing is wrong so maybe he will believe it.

This is called AN UNDESCENDED TESTICLE. Usually this is treated withing the first yr of age. He should see a Dr. but there probably isn't anything they can do for it if he is older. Sometimes they both can be undescended(which means it never came down) so he is lucky to have one normal. As long as he is in no pain it should be fine but it may not be able to produce sperm from that one. He has one normal so that is good for him.

His testicle may be receding. It is not necessarily a symptom of cancer, but it may have to be removed. It is unlikely to affect his virility if this needs to be done. He should see a doctor. That's the only way to know. Lance Armstrong did, and it saved his life!

This is very common and is normal. Lots of guys' testicles hang differently, where one hangs lower than the other.

If he is at the age of puberty..then this is fine. Every male has a testical lower than the other as it 'drops'. Yet if not then i'd just keep a clear train of thought i see where this leads. hope this helps! sorry if it doesnt :(
