Really it depends on your body composition (body fat percentage). If you are an athlete or bodybuilder, you might be heavier but still be extremely fit, maybe even better off than people who weigh less than you! Muscle has more density than fat. You can try to look up things online about body fat percentage but tests can be several percentage points off. I am a 5' 4" athlete about your age around 120 lbs, but I have a low body fat percentage, so my weight is healthy.

For now since you are young it may look okay. But its suggested that you get into the habit of taking care of yourself, by developing healthly eating habits and exercising. You should join a sports team at your school, or pick up a hobby that envolves exercise. For now, its your size is not a big deal but maybe in about 6 years it will be.

overweight, but I don't know what you look like, if you're athletic and lean then numbers don't really matter and you're probably just stocky.
I'm sure there's going to be people saying everyones always perfect the way they are though.
