I had lab work done and found I was anemic, my doctor ordered further tests and the HLA DR15 came back positive. He is sending me to hematologist.

I just went to one. The offered free xrays and consultation. When I went back for the consult, they suggested I spend $4000.00!! Out of pocket! and come 3 days a week for 3 months. Then they kept me in this little room with the doctor for an hour and a half while he pressured me to sign up. Like a used car salesman! This has really made me feel very negative about chiros. anybody have a similar experience?

my right arm (between the elbow and the sholder)has a sore spot towards the back. it hurts to punch or try to move arm! And i HAVE to go to Karate in 25 minutes! any ideas to what it might be and what i can do to make it stop or atlease not hurt as much? I have not changed any dailt activitys i walked the dogs at the humane society and one was a tough walker. could that of done it? what sould i do to ease the pain alittle. no medication because i have none and i dont have time to go to the store.And i dont want to be drowse when i workout!

My son is 5 months old and has life-threatening medical problems. Without a transplant of his liver and small bowel he will not live more than 2 years. He is currently on the list, and to be honest I have managed to be very upbeat about his chances. However, I lose my patience with him very easily. When he wouldn't stop squirming and go to sleep the other night I even popped him on the arm (not very hard, but still...). My marriage is suffering b/c all of my self-confidence is gone due to weight gain and I don't know what else. I'm worried I may have PPD...does it sound like it?

Is there anything I could do to kill head lice, I won't have money for a few more days and want to get rid of them now! My sister just moved back home two days ago and we found lice in her hair today and she's been sleeping in my room! How do I clean my beddings, carpet, pillows and my hair if i don't have the money to buy the products right now. is there anything i can do, like home remedies? Please I need help. I hate lice! they freak me out!

every 4-6 hrs. Plus hydrocondon APA 7.5-500.
He is a big guy (6'4 and 315 lbs) without serious illnesses or surgeries. So far it's been about 38 hours, but his improvement is slow and he still feels pain. His pain seemed to be localized, but after 30 hrs it spread to the surrounding gum and cheek, is this a good sign?
WHEN WILL THIS ANTIBIOTIC "KICK IN" TO EASE HIS PAIN ? ALSO WHAT ELSE CAN HE DO TO CALM THE PAIN UNTIL HE CAN GET IT PULLED OUT.

There was a piece of graphite lead from a mechanical pencil hidden in the carpet at my house. I put my foot on it, and it must have been turned vertically because it punctured the bottom of my foot. It was a very sharp piece, and that is what is was because after i pulled it out i tested it and i could write with it and easily broke it in half. I put some peroxide on the entry spot (my stepdad told me to do this, he was the only other one home at the time). Do I need to take any further precautions other that keeping the entry site covered until it completely heals over? I dont know if you can get tetanus from graphite that wasnt exposed to rainwater, or from any graphite at all for that matter. At any rate, my last tetanus shot was exactly 5 years ago.

I'm 15,a a C cup, guess now my breasts have stopped growing. I'm not fat at all, I swim, I'm in good shape, but anyway sometimes I have back pain. The straps of my bras usually like dig into my flesh. My mom says I need a bra with much support, thick material, that covers a lot of my breasts, have wide bands and clip in the back with several rows of hooks, 4 or 5. I hope she's wrong, but she's usually right and I know she wants my best. Unfortunately, because I'm almost sure those bras are hot and uncomfortable, probably make you sweat alot, especially in the heat. Well, will I have wear them? Am I stuck with them?
