If you eat supper at, let's say, 6 and you stay up until 12... what happens if you get hungry around 9? Won't your body use the calories and burn them by 12 and then you'll go to bed hungry?

I'm a little confused about this eating at night thing. I understand the difference if you eat at night RIGHT before bed, but what about the scenario mentionned?

I am only 12, so my breasts havent developed yet. A few days ago when I woke up, my right nipple was bigger and stuck out more. It felt like there was a hard bump under it. It was a bit painful and tender. What is that? (also my nipples were soft and barely noticeable before.

My husband's cardiologist wants him to have a nuclear stress test once a year for the rest of his life. He is 53. I have heard that they can be dangerous. Is this really necessary? Is there a better test for the heart?

My son brushes his teeth great, doesnt swallow too much toothpaste, but when we try to rinse, i got him the little dixie cups, and put just a lil bit of water in it, and he will swish it around, but then always swallows. He uses kids toothpaste, so i know its not that dangerous, but i still dont want him swallowing it. Ive tried making games of it, using the drain as a bullseye for him to spit in, etc, but he still swallows it. I dont think he can really help it, i think its just a natural reflex for him, but any ideas on how to help him to spit it out? He is 4, almost 5. Thanks!

I was online looking for homemade exfoliators & read this one site about putting kraft miracle whip on their face for 10 mins & then washing it off & all the dead skin is gone & your skin is smooth & tight... well I tried it, but about a min after I rinsed it off I noticed my skin turning very bright red! I mean... like strawberry red!! And it's on fire!! I tried sitting in front of a fan, but it's actually warm air cause thats how hot my face is. & I rinsed my face in cold water btw!! & it's been 10 mins & I've tried more cold water, I don't know what to do, but I'm about to cry, it's burning so bad & I've never seen my face so red in my life.. Has anyone tried this? Is it normal? What should I do? PLEASE HELP!!

OK i have a still neck and im only 14 years old,I havent drinkt water in ages,I somtime skip meals,and i use 2 pillows to sleep and i sleep on the side of my neck were it is stiff and it herts.Why do i have a stiff neck it has been 2 weeks now and it is still not gone,how can i make it go away,I also spend alot of time on the computer and i sit on an angel were i have to turn my neck to look at the screen

I had 3 fillings done (upper/lower right) and some sort of deep cleaning to break up "wings" attached to my teeth below the gums, which I was advised leads to periodontal disease. The cleaning, which was covered by insurance but cost close to $600, took under 10 minutes. After the cleaning, they did a dental irrigation, which as near as I could tell consisted of squirting 2 syringes full of some form of disinfectant along the gum line, took less than 20 seconds, cost me $120. The irrigation was completely out of pocket - insurance covered $0 - which leads me to believe that it's some form of scam, or at the least was unnecessary.

Can anyone tell me if I got... I don't want to say ripped off, but perhaps misled as to the importance of this procedure?

im 13 and in the past 4 years 4 people in my family died, We were all sort of close...
But .. eh

Well, The first death im my family was in 2002, That year 2 of my grandpas died
in
2004 my great grandpa died
in 2007, on her birthday, My aunt died

Is there any reason why there keeps being so many deaths in my familey?
None of them smokes or had any heath problems!

So Monday went to emergency and i have been to 10 doctors and a Physicist know i have anxiety and panic attacks at the emergency on Monday they did blood test 2 of them one in my wrist to see how much oxygen i was getting and one in my arm and a heart test and chest x-rays everything is normal so why does my back hurt still and shortness of breath..My back hurts just hurts below my neck i explain to emergency what the pains were and all the test came back good am i dying or could i stop breathing thats what I'm worried about i cant relax or is this anxiety im 20 by the way And i quit smoking Saturday and i have asma and allergies ..bad Anyone can calm my nerves would be great......it feels like im gonna stop breathing i had chest x rays done in the front and the back and the side and me laying down am i dying like can you stop breathing and also im not eating because i think im not breathing i have no one to talk to when they did the xrays they did front back side and me laying down
