I wanted to know what a person who smokes like a chimney since they were 12 years old a pill taker and a drinker who at occasions mixes all of them together would look like in their mid 20's and mid 30's would the effects take a toll on their looks ? I dont do it but my ex boyfriend did and he already looks older then he is

I seem to be really emotional and extremely annoyed by most people these 2 weeks. I tried Yaz, which worked, BUT took away my sex drive and made me feel numb after a year of use. I used to skip my period and only get it every 2-3 months. That kind of worked, but than threw my cycle off. Since I have switched back to my old birthcontrol Estrostep sex has been great and so has our relationship. EXCEPT that week or so he wants to stay away from me. I tend to let out everything on him and have no self control on what I say!? HELP?!

im 15 and i was wondering if push ups or what kind of pushups will help define your chest.

now im doing normal pushups with my hands shoulder width, pushups with my hands spread out, and pushups with my hands under my shouldersand my elbows staying at my sides

i just wanted to gain muscle in my chest to get rid of the extar fat on them

i also have weights that i can put on 35 pounds on each but i dont have a workout bench

I'm a girl in early twenties, my weight is 62kg & height is 5 feet 5 inches. Around how many kilos will I loose in 1 month if I walk about 2 kilometers every morning? I walk in moderate speed (25 minutes to walk 2km).
If anyone has an idea please help. I'm so worried about my weight.
Also please do let me know what I can do in addition to loose weight.

For a growing young adult would thier be any side effects that stop growing, ect.

I just check my sugar levels last night after a dinner roll and a half and 2 small bits of cake everything else was protine and my sugar was at 167 when I tested 2 hours later. I have to mention that I was comming down with an infection in my throat. Could all this make my sugar go up?

I think British people measure weight in stone. If I weigh 125 pounds, how many stones is that? If you weigh more pounds than you do stone, then does that mean the stone measurement is less precise than the pound?

Im about 60-61kg and size 12 and just 2 yrs ago i was 54kg and size 8-10. I know i'm only young (16) but i can't handle gaining all this weight and becoming so self-concious. I dance three times a week during the school term and im trying to walk/jog for an hr a day these winter holidays. As for food, im either really careful and healthy or really overindulgent. i have a friend..would you say this is normal.she weighed 76kg 4 months ago,she now weighs 55kg.she exersises for about hour each day and eats very limmeted, in a day she will sometimes have half a buiscuit,a bite of a choc bar..maybe a cup a soup and fir tea she would have about one bite out of each item.she dont do meals for herself and if she does its just lettuce,cucumber and a fish stake.she drinks loads of coffee,water and chewing gum.does she have a problem. id say no as she eats still. sometimes days she eats more than others but never ful meals,only small bites of things. never eats things like bread or potatoes ect.thanks in advance

im a 14 year old girl. i used to be one of the tallest in my class, but since last year everyone has over grown me and now i'm one of the shortest.
my dad is 6"3 but my mum is just 5"3... i'm mums height now and i think just a little bit taller.
i dont know if this is helpful, but i have gotten my period...?

will i ever have more growth spurts?
and what age will i stop growing... if i haven't already?


please help, i really want to be taller.


p.s: mum gave me these pills [called Cherryfer] that help me grow taller.
ive taken them for 2months now... but not regularly
it still hasn't done anything... but its specific thing is to help people grow

I live in the UK and my local shop stocks Reeses nutrigrain bars and the cups....I noticed how salty and sweet they are compared to Engliah chocolate.

I was horrified when i looked for the nutritional info that the pack contained NONE AT ALL....nothing to warn of peanut allergies either.

What is going on there?

Is this why Americans can't controll their diet if they don't know what foods contain?

it's been now more than 2 years that my wife has given up on smoking. suddenly, for no apparent reason, for the past weeks, she tells me that she's having difficulty to get cigarettes out of her mind.
i explained that she did great for the past years,I encourage her to forget about cigarets,.... i can tell that she's fighting against her will....
