im 19 yrs old 79 inchs and 110 pounds
Ive done weights for a while but havent seen any differences. I want to get some bulk on me, im really thin and tall.

The powdered weight gain stuff is great. I have a friend who is really scrawny. He took that stuff for a year and it really made a difference. However your natural metabolism is to do that as as you age you will naturally put on some more weight--so I don't recommend trying to change your metabolism by skipping meals or eating less frequently. After all, when you hit 30 you'll be glad for a fast metabolism. Keep your metabolism fast by eating frequently every 3 hrs.

Men in general are not filled out at 19. You continue to grow for several more years so you might not be the final product yet. However like I said--that weight gain stuff is great. I noticed big results in my friend. But you are fighting with your body's natural look so if you only take it 6 months, then stop--you will slowly return back to where you are now.

(Though I'm not sure that you are really 6'7" tall--are you sure about that number? Check your bmi at this site.)

Some guys go on a "bulk" diet. Some take mass gainers which you can get in powdered up form. Check out the link below they have LOADS of info.

You have to do much less reps and the heaviest weights you'll appropriately manage. Squats are the pleasant bulk constructing pastime. Don't simply be aware of your smaller muscle groups like your biceps. Back and chest sporting events and total muscle constructing movements like deadlifts will bulk you up. Count your energy too to peer if you're getting ample. I used to take a seat down at night time after counting what I had within the day and drive myself to devour a few extra.
