It works in the same way drinking a glass of water before every meal helps--simply b/c you are putting liquid in your stomach. Supposedly it helps clean out your digestive tract. At any given moment, your body has about 20 lbs of waste in the digestive tract. So any of those cleansing products are assiting in getting rid of waste which helps for immediate weight loss or just a lil extra to get into that dress--but not a permanent weight loss benefit.

The first guy had an excellent alternative about taking fiber. Also use a small plate. Research has proven that even when we are told to put the same amount on each plate--we put far more on the bigger plate. Also, most of us eat far more protein than necessary. Limit your protein and do some research on portion size. The closer you get your serving to the actual serving size the closer you will be to weight loss.

Sorry, but there's no verifiable scientific evidence to show that apple cider vinegar aids in weight loss in any way. Here's something you may want to try that has actually been shown to work: Take a chewable fiber supplement 15-30 minutes before every meal. Not only will you get the added benefit of more fiber in your diet, the fiber will start to fill up your stomach so you'll eat less at meals.

i have tried just vinegar and water, did not see any change, but just found out from a friend that if you add cold press extra virgin olive oil to the mix, before every meal, he says it does. i am going to try this this week, as both foods are so good for you anyways..
