Grant you, I have to lose weight, but anything I eat feels like a ton big or small. I hate eating. I feel like My tire is squeezing me. Getting in position to lose weight.

Try eating smaller, more frequent meals thru the day, instead of 3 regular size meals. You may have a hiatal hernia, or other issues going on in your digestive tract. Could be a reflux disorder. I would suggest seeing a doctor first, then start a sensible diet and exercise plan.

Also, I don't want to scare you, but I found info that indicates this symptom may be one of the possible early signs of ovarian cancer:

The experts say women should see their doctor if they suddenly experience any of these symptoms daily for at least three weeks:

• Bloating.
• Pelvic or abdominal pain.
• Difficulty eating or feeling full quickly.
• Frequent or urgent urination.

Get yourself to a doctor for an exam promptly.

i have this..on and off so does my mum...its weird..im not sure of the cause either..but i dont have it now...but i do know that tight bloated feeling after eating such small amounts..i wish i knew..but i dont sorry
