Take lots of vitamin c and a vitamin called Lysene , Lysene helps with cold sores and canker sores both.
I get canker sores and my hubby gets cold sores, and we love the lysene, it really works. You can get the pills or a salve at GNC.

Put hydrogen peroxide on a q-tip and dab it on as many times a day as you can. It should be gone in a couple of days.
