I have tried a lot of ways, but not only I lose my weight on my lower body, but also I lose weight on my upper body too. I just want to lose weight on my tammy and my hip. Any suggestions?

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of impurities. Impurities come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things. The best I've seen out there is a book I just finnished reading. It has everything for your body and what programs to do to get the effects you want. Has illustrations too so you can follow and meals etc.. all good for the body.

I recommend Sly moves You can buy it at amazon.com

Definately worth it in my opinion.

there is no way you can naturally spot reduce body fat - it just has to be overall fat loss achieved by healthy diet and good amount of cardio 4-6 times a week for preferably 45min (the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat) - running, hiking, rope jumping, hiking, swimming, elliptical, etc.

you cant just choose where to lose fat. you will lose fat on evenly on your body. you need more muscle. try some strenght training. it will tighten up your hips,butt,legs,and every where else

You can do more exercises like sit ups.It works for me..........
