Well... you pretty much solved your own question!
You should go to a chiropractor and get your neck back into place, meanwhile put a heating pad on it! Sleep with only 1 pillow, and move your monitor so you don't have to crank your neck!! Start eating some food and if you don't start drinking some water it will ruin your kidneys!
(don't want to have to do dialysis now do you?)

It sounds as if you have a stiff neck because you're putting strain on your muscles on one side. Use that heat on the side where the pain is. Straighten up your posture when standing and sitting, and do some simple exercises to tone up your neck muscles. Roll your head slowly in a clockwise motion for about 3 minutes, then reverse direction for about 3 minutes. Stand straight and tilt your head to one side, then the other. Hold it as far into the tilt as you can for a slow 10-count, then bring it back to the other side and hold for a slow 10-count on that side. It should take about 3-5 days before the pain goes away. And make sure your pillow height does not exceed your shoulder height if you sleep on your side. One pillow should be enough if you sleep on your back. Limit your computer sessions to twenty minutes with twenty minute breaks to stretch and move. Drink at least a quart of water every day, more if you can.

There are a few reasons that you may have a stiff neck, but the best solution would be to go to your Doctor. (I personally do not recommend Chiropractors). Anyway, things that may bring relief are neck stretches, Tylenol and/or Advil, and maybe even physical therapy if it's really bad. Heat does feel better, but actually a cold compress is what is recommended (such as an ice pack). You mentioned changing your posture and that may be beneficial in the future, but since you already have the pain, go ahead and get it checked out.
Lastly, if your stiff neck is accompanied by feelings of a severe headache, fever, and flu-like symptoms get to the ER right away.
Bottom line, tell your parents and go get medical attention.
