You have to explore why you are feeling this way.
And you have to learn to be more secure with yourself and confident. It also helps to learn when to say "F*ck it"! cuz most everyone feels insecure about something.
Lastly, if this is really debilitating, read up on social anxiety disorder and see if it sounds like something that describes how you feel.

Forget everybody else, just keep telling yourself that!
