what do i need to naturally do to grow taller?
is this bad for my age or what?

Yes you'll probably grow taller. What you need to do is eat like you want to eat. 5'8" is tall. Men usually grow a lot longer than women do. They stop at your age. We keep going to the later teens.

Don't sweat it. Your still growing. You have until your 18-21 to keep growing. It's not bad for your age. I'm 14 and I'm 5'9. I'm one of the tallest in my class. Unless you JUST turned 15, then your pretty much on the good track.

i was 5 7 or 8 at 15, 5 foot 10 at 18 and grew tilli was 22, i'm now 6 foot 5, all i can say is eat healthy exercise and be patient, a doctor x-ray can tell you if you will be growing or are done by seeing how much cartlidge there is between your joints.

You keep growing till ur 26. Ask your doctor if there are any medications or vitamins/minerals you could take and just eat healthy. See im 14 and 6'2 so im real tall but there are loads of things you can do but not all work

RELAX WHEN I WAS UR AGE I WAS 5'9 THEN I SHOT UP THJAT SAME YEAR TO 5'11 OR 6 FOOT IM 6'2 NOW AND IM EXPECTING TO TOP OFF 6'4

It sounds just about right. Remember that your body is still developing into an adult. Let it do its thing and don't worry about all this.

no it is actually perfect. i am 15 and i am about 5' 4' so you are actually good. also it all depends on your parents and heredity

My friend was about 5'9 till he was 17, Latebloomer,... hes about 6'3 now
