how can i loose weight quickly ive tryed runnin but no help! im desprate to loose weight!! mainly on ma belly

Eat several (5-6) small portion meals a day...you will burn calories faster and build your metabolism in a short period of time.
(eat about every 2 hours)
The first 8-10 pounds you shed is water...after that you will lose an average of 2 - 3 lbs per week
Meal suggestions:
piece of fruit
bowl of cereal (high fiber low sugar)
string cheese, summer sausage
cottage cheese/yogurt
tuna/turkey/ham sandwich (lettuce, tomatoe)
pizza
soup
salad
raw veggies
boiled eggs
popcorn
Always eat a good dinner (small portions)...fish, meat (bake, broil, or grill)potatoes/pasta/rice, veggie...your body needs carbs, protein and vitamins to stay healthy
Low calorie sweets...ginger snaps, fig bars, 100% juice popsicles
Drink plenty of water
Drink milk (low fat) or juice/water with every meal (no soda pop)
Stay away from munchies, fried & fatty foods (no fast-food)
Never eat before going to bed.
Cardio exercise is great, but most people don't continue for an extended period, do "daily" simple exercise like walking/hiking, biking and swimming which are low impact, play games like tennis, basketball, baseball, or volleyball, they will help to lose weight, tone your body, make new friends and you'll have fun doing it.

1.reduce your meals by 1/2.. you'll feel hungry at first but graduallly your stomach will reduce and get "smaller" but it will leave less room for your stomach to intake more food in the end!

2. drink water! you'll have to go to the restroom alot but this is a easy way to lose weight and keep your body hydrated and healthy at the same time

3. run/walk/swim/bike/situps/push... lol whatever u can do! do it everyday if u can. and you dont even have to do it all at once.. you can split it up into morning and evening

Tone the muscle in your belly by doing sit-ups, crunches, leg lifts and side bends. Watch what you put into your mouth. Too many carbs and hard to process food will make you feel bloated and keep the pounds on. Stay away from salty foods that will bloat your belly and drink lots of water.

When you realize that you are losing out on lots of fun and adventure in life because of your weight, you will find motivation. When your husband spends his nights "with the boys" you will lose weight. When you stop taking it personal when others call you "fat," you will lose weight. When your doctor tells you to lose 25 pounds you will find motivation. When your children don't want you to go to school or meet their friends because you are a chubbo, you will find motivation. If you can't find motivation above then you are self-involved and in total denial that you are about to be asked to play "Dumbo" in a real life remake of the film.

Eat a normal healthy diet.
Go very easy on the sweets (candies, pastries/donuts, sugary soda/pop).
Also go easy on snack foods (chips, for example) and fast foods (McDonald's/Burger King/Kentucky Fried).
Get some exercise every day.

You can't.

You can cut back on calories and increase your exercise and over time lose the weight and your belly will get smaller.

But there ain't no magic.

carry five grocery bags from the car to the kitchen and put the food away take out the trash wash the dishes and wipe down the kitchen counter

Become a soilder. They have basic training. That should help you. If you become a POW. You will be given less food.
Or just move to Somalia or some poor third world country where you have to hunt and scavenge for your own food.
