Well, testicles are the male organ that produces sperm. In the reproductive cycle, the are held in the scrotum. The scrotum is the fleshy skin sac that holds two testicles. They are connected by a series of tubes to the penis and send sperm during ejaculation.

I think you have the spelling wrong, At the tickle me Elmo factory they must test all the products (Elmos) that come out before they are sold. So they do "test-tickles". Duh!
